The New Reformation---MadPriest

I find it interesting that the MadPest blog is so critical of Catholicism. Sure there is much to be critical about. BUT at least (especially in the world of blog, but also in the RC church itself) freedom of discussion is allowed.

Contrast that with MP's blogs: MP allows no comments that do not lavish with praise his unemplyed 'can.' The MP blog in many way makes the RC church a leader in tolerance. MP can't get a job, so in typical English bigotry toward RC he uses ugly comments about RC  to delight his more bigoted 'cultist'. That usually gets him some suppport. His position on other issues, MUST, MUST be accepted as-----well infallible.

And the money thing.I have no difficulty finding the budget for our parish. MP Slogan: "Send me money because even the COE won't have me"From the MP blog I assume he uses the money the "cult" members send him is used for vacations, fancy restaurants, and some booze now and then. At least, that's what he tells others hs wants.
The point: If your own church thinks you're a dud, hell, just start your own.

  1. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black.
Among Jack/Joe/Mark's multiple personalities we have one that takes the cake.

Imagine the spectre of an anti-Catholic bigot joining (yes, joining!) the church he loathes so he can regale us with his utter contempt for Catholicism.

  2. Anon, guessed you missed the whole point of my post.

  3. He has his rewards, Mark - no job; little or no hope, with his record, of getting a new parish, and the number of comments at his blog at a pathetic level - just two or three regular "followers" - compared to where they were two or three years back, before he began to seriously implode. Why not let him be? Not worth your time and effort. He made his own bed - leave him sleep in it.

  4. Sounds like you're making progress Jack, Catholic, maybe but maybe not?

I honestly believe that God's The Only 'One' who can safely look into our heart of heart and knows for sure Mark.

    God Bless Peace

  5. Hi, Victor. Sorry to be slow, but always great to know you're around. Maybe my new post will clear things up a bit.
